We are not a dating agency, matchmaking service, counselling service, or relationship advice platform. We do not facilitate direct matches, introductions, or relationships, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of this website or any resource listed on it.

2. Eligibility

When submitting a listing, event, or any other content to Single to Spouse, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You have the authority and right to submit the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws
• The content is consistent with the Chrto review, edit, approve, reject, or remove any submission at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued listing.

  4A. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  Paid listing tiers (Standard at $9/month and Featured at $17/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time through your subscription management portal; your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • If your paid listing submission is rejected by our team, you will receive a full refund and no further charges will be made
  • If payment fails, we reserve the right to deactivate your listing until payment is successfully processed

  Standalone event listings are charged at $5 per event as a one-time, non-refundable fee, unless the listing is rejected before publication. By completing a payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and conditions, which govern the processing of your payment.

  5. Prohibited Use

  You may not use Single to Spouse for any of the following purposes:

  • Spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour towards any person or group
  • Impersonation of any individual, organization, or entity
  • Any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized activity
  • Scraping, crawling, or copying content without permission
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the website

  6. Intellectual Property

  All content on Single to Spouse, including but not limited to text, branding, logo, design, layout, and structure, is owned by Single to Spouse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
